Ms. Cris Ericson has qualified in the State of Vermont to run as Democrat in the Governor's Election and if she is not elected to that post she will automatically be on the Ballot for the Senate as an Independent for the U.S. Marijuana Party! Congratulations to her on her endeavor!
This is not the first time she has ran for office in Vermont! She has previously ran several times because she cares about the State that she lives in and it's people!
She has not been bought and paid for by PAC's or other Corporate interests! Her Election Campaign has been ran on virtually NO money at all and she is depending upon word of mouth and social media to spread the word, along with the USMjParty websites! So please post this information everywhere you are able to access.
Here is a link to the FEC documenting prior run information.
HERE IS A LINK TO HER YOUTUBE VIDEO'S - PLEASE VIEW!
If you believe in Government of the People, By the People, and For the People, then Vote
for Cris Ericson (D) for Governor, and Cris Ericson (I) (USMjParty) for Senate in November!

My name is Cris Ericson and I will appear on the November 8, 2016 general election ballot for the United States Marijuana Party if I lose the Democratic Primary election on Aug. 9, 2016.I am deeply disappointed in the Vermont Democratic Party because I have been excluded from the majority of candidate debates and forums for gubernatorial candidates, and U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy has refused to debate me for the U.S. Senate seat in this primary election Aug. 9, 2016.
Government should not be of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich, but that is what is going on in Vermont because candidates for governor and U.S. Senate without large campaign budgets are excluded from the majority of debates and forums, or denied any participation in democracy at all, as in the case of U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy refusing to debate me.
Because I was excluded from debates, I made my own video on SAPA public access television in Springfield, Vermont http://www.sapatv.org and they put it on a VMX server in June, but I didn't hear back from any other station as to any airing dates.
I want you to know that Vermont has an open primary, so that if you are Republican, Libertarian, Independent or a member of the Liberty Union Party,
you can chose to go into the primary election on Aug. 9, or use your absentee early ballot, and vote for me, Cris Ericson for United States Senator and/or for Governor of Vermont. I will re-start the Revolution to bring real democracy to the people.
Voters who signed petitions to put my name on the ballot have been essentially dis-enfranchised because I was excluded from so many debates and forums. That is NOT democracy!
it would be a HUGE help if you could volunteer to do this!
Send me a picture of your flyer that you create, post it on facebook!

I am emailing to confirm that we have reviewed and approved your petition to be listed as a candidate of the U.S. Marijuana Party for U.S. Senate on the November General Election ballot. If you win the Democratic Primary for U.S. Senate you will need to notify us in writing whether you would like to be listed as a Democrat on the General Election ballot or a candidate of the U.S. Marijuana Party in accordance with your petition. ONLINE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT "TIP" TO THE F.B.I.
June 9, 2016
The Vermont Democratic Party is committing fraud
affecting the outcome of a federal election.
On their list of 2016 statewide candidates,
they do not list
Cris Ericson for US Senate,
and they do not list
Cris Ericson for Governor.
Cris Ericson is a qualified candidate for those offices
and she filed Democratic Party petitions with the
Secretary of State Elections Division on May 3, 2016.
Prior to collecting petition signatures for seven weeks
from about March 8, 2016 until the end of April 2016,
Cris Ericson received this email from the Democrats,
Vermont Democratic Party writes:
We do not discriminate.
We do ask that candidates run as
they believe in our platform:
Please feel free to call me with any questions
All my best, Conor Casey
Cris Ericson would not have collected and filed petition
signatures for these two elected offices, both of which
pays over $150,000. per year, but for the fact that she
had justifiable reliance upon the Vermont Democratic
Party statement by Conor Casey which implies
inclusiveness for all persons who wish to be candidates
and believe in the Democratic party platform.
Cris Ericson has been excluded from some debates
and forums since filing her petition signatures.
She feels she is the victim of fraud affecting the
outcome of a federal election because the
Vermont Democratic Party has not listed her on
their website, and they did this seriously and willfully
and intentionally to deprive her of her rights.
Cris Ericson believes there is a prior problem that she
can no longer prove because the Federal Election
Commission now only reports donations back through
ten years, but prior to that, she believes that the FEC.gov
website showed that US Senator Patrick Leahy took
campaign donations from the Dewey Ballantine PAC
which received them from Cris Ericson's opposing
attorneys Wayne Cross and Stuart Hirshfield; and
she feels she wrongfully lost her lawsuit.

*The following is how the U.S. Marijuana Party was added to the Senate Petition:
* 17 V.S.A. § 2403
The political or other name on the petition/statement shall be substantially different from the name of any
political party organized in Vermont and may not be more than three words. It shall also be different from any name on any other statement of nomination for the same office presently on file with the Secretary of State for the same election.
SUPREME COURT OF UNITED STATES SHOULD RE-OPEN DOCKET # 99-6899 ON THE COURTS' OWN MOTION BECAUSE PATRICK SWAYZE DIED OF CANCER AND THE LEGAL CAUSE OF DEATH COULD HAVE BEEN THE CARCINOGENIC SPECIAL EFFECTS!
